It is believed that Kerby Teague (born about 1848) married Sarah Johnston and had one child, Joshua Monroe Teague (born January 25, 1872). This Kerby must have died early, because Monroe was found to be living with an uncle (or great uncle) Kerby (born Abt 1826) and Mary A Teague in 1880, when Monroe was only 7.

Joshua Monroe Teague married Laura F Queen, b 9/21/1872 and together they had nine children. Virgie W Teague, b1/4/1892; Serah M Teague, b 3/6/1894; Hatie M Teague, b 5/27/1896, d 5/7/1898; Marvin D Teague, b 11/18/1898 (Killed in World War I onĀ 7/5/1918); Lucy M Teague, b 5/21/1901; Napoleon B Teague (later changed to Michael), b 11/22/1903; Marshall N Teague, b 10/16/1906; Zanie Teague, b 3/22/1910; and Catherine A Teague, b 9/29/1914.

There was also another child that died at birth on 9/25/1912.

Jacob T Teague was born May 23, 1850, in Spartanburg County, SC, the son of William Teague and Mary Harris. Mary Jane Mullinax was born June 26, 1862, in York County, SC, the daughter of Billie Mullinax and Lena Manda. Jacob married Mary Jane and together they had seven children. Curb Willie Teague b October 28, 1881, Mattie F Teague b Abt 1881, William K Teague b Abt 1883, John A Teague b Abt 1888, Jacob M b Abt 1891, Mary E Teague b Abt 1892 and George Roland Teague b June 26, 1900.

I found the NC death certificates for Jacob T Teague and Mary Jane Mullinax Teague, both died and are buried in Bessemer City, Gaston County, NC.

Curb Willie Teague was born October 28, 1881, the eldest child of Jacob and Mary Jane. His death certificate identified his parents. Katie Estelle Causby was born June 3, 1880, the daughter of David W Causby and Lettie Deal.

CW married Katie Estelle (or Essie) and together they had three children. Willie Amos Teague was born March 8, 1907, in Bessemer City, NC, the second child of CW and Essie. He died November 17, 1960 in Greensboro, NC, and his death certificate identifies his parents.

No information has been found for Elizabeth except in the 1860 York County, SC, census, which lists her as William Perry Teague's sibling, daughter of William Teague and Mary (Harris).
